Payments

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method you select. Payment is charged when you place your order, and we send an order confirmation after successful submission.

Prices and currency

Review the currency, item prices and order total displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges if your account uses a different currency.

Taxes and other charges

Applicable sales taxes, including GST/HST and provincial taxes where required, are calculated and displayed at checkout when collected by us. Standard shipping to Canada is free. We do not add undisclosed service fees.

Orders ship internationally from Hong Kong. Import duties, taxes and carrier clearance fees may be collected separately on arrival and are the customer’s responsibility. Please read our Shipping Policy.

Payment issues

If a payment is declined, check your payment details, available funds and any authorisation requirements with your provider. Contact us if you need help identifying the status of your order before attempting another payment.

Payment security

Our store uses Shopify and its integrated payment services to process checkout transactions. Do not send full card details or security codes by email or through our contact form.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us within 4 hours of ordering if you need to request cancellation. Changes may not be possible once fulfilment begins. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
