These terms apply to your use of www.mondayrow.com and purchases from Monday Row, operated by RTE VENTURES LIMITED. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Billing Terms & Conditions.

1. Using our store

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you. Do not use our store for unlawful activities, infringe others’ rights, introduce harmful code or interfere with the website.

2. Product information and availability

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images and prices. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Availability and quantities may change. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.

3. Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Payment is due when placing an order. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud or payment problems. We will notify you using the details provided and refund amounts paid for cancelled items.

4. Prices, taxes and charges

The applicable price and payment currency are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. Applicable taxes and delivery charges, if any, are shown there. Import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges may be payable separately as described in our Shipping Policy. Price changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.

5. Shipping and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy explains processing and delivery estimates. Orders ship internationally from Hong Kong. Contact us within 4 hours of placing an order to request changes or cancellation. Once fulfilment starts, changes may not be possible. This does not affect any mandatory cancellation rights.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy sets out the 30-day return request period, eligibility, return shipping responsibilities and refund process. Please contact us before sending a return.

7. Accounts and communications

Keep any account credentials secure and let us know of unauthorised use. We use the contact information you provide to send order and service communications. Marketing choices are explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property and third parties

Website content is owned by or licensed to its respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit it without permission where required. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Service availability and liability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by website interruptions or third-party services beyond our reasonable control. No exclusion applies where prohibited by law, and these terms do not exclude mandatory product warranties, consumer remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to you. If you are a consumer in Canada, this choice does not deprive you of non-waivable rights or protections under applicable federal, provincial or territorial law, including rights concerning jurisdiction or remedies.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version applicable at the time of your purchase governs that purchase, subject to applicable law. Contact us with questions or concerns.
