Shipping & delivery
We offer free standard shipping to Canada. Orders ship from Hong Kong.
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit after dispatch: 7–14 business days
- Estimated total: 8–17 business days
Processing days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Our cutoff is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Delivery times are estimates; customs, weather or carrier delays may extend them.
Import duties, taxes and carrier clearance fees may be charged separately and are the customer’s responsibility. Free shipping does not include these charges.
How can I track my order?

After dispatch, we email your tracking information. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to become active.
If you have not received tracking information after 4 business days, email support@mondayrow.com with your order number.
Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn or unused, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase.
Email support@mondayrow.com for authorisation before sending anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the actual return postage to Hong Kong. International postage can be expensive. We charge no restocking fee.
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us with photos. We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label or a full refund at no cost to you.
After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Your payment provider may need extra time to post the refund.
